GISL Pet Center (BIRD ROAD ANIMAL CLINIC)

I recently took my 2 month old puppy to this vet by recommendation from Pet Paradise Boutique. I highly recommend the vet for their attention to the matter, the staff is super nice, and the Dr was great. He seems very knowledgeable and helped me with all my questions. 1000% will recommend to anyone!

I can’t recommend this vet enough! The entire team is compassionate, patient, and truly treats my pets like family. They always take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure my fur babies are comfortable and cared for. It’s such a relief knowing I have a vet I can trust completely. Absolutely amazing experience every single visit!

I left my dogs for 15 days at Gisl Pet Center, and when I returned to pick them up, I found them in terrible condition — dirty, frightened, significantly underweight, and clearly mistreated. I strongly condemn the conduct of this facility and firmly advise all pet owners not to entrust their animals to this place. I have already reported the center to the local authorities for animal abuse and mistreatment.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I called ahead to ask if a refund was possible and was told yes. Based on that, I made the trip only to be told in person that they couldn’t do it. Not only did I waste my time, but also gas money. The lack of consistency and accountability is unacceptable. I feel very misled.
