Two stars for the affordability, minus 3 for lack of communication. I had two kittens spayed back in December. I was told I'd get an email regarding what to do after their spay, I never did. I never got a receipt listing the services provided. I later got a text staying my cats were due for "a vaccine". Which one? I have texted back multiple times with zero response. I do not recall adding a 2 part vaccine to their spay. I added the Feline Leukemia (IIRC) vaccine. My cats are doing fine, but I'm still waiting for that receipt so I can add it to their records, and for the text back. My cats were Millie and Polly. Review edited. Two stars only because this is the most affordable place around. Their communication is very poor. I had three cats spayed/neutered here on the same day last week and when I called for an update on my babies, they mentioned they were very busy and haven't had time. That I can completely understand. But today, one of my kittens had to get her incision checked out because it was open. While I am grateful for them getting her in quickly, they said they would call us and never did. So I called around 1pm to check on her and they said Dr. Abee was busy with surgery and they would call me when she gave an answer on what was going on with her. I still didn't hear anything so I called again around 3:45 because I knew they were going to close soon and I had to have time to get up there. They said "

I brought my 2 kittens in to get “fixed” today and although I only brought 1 back home I want to BRAG on the support, patience and professionalism that this place had with me. They kept me updated and let me know as soon as something wasn’t right with the one. All the staff were very nice caring and granted my every wish. They did an amazing job with our girl and she is doing wonderfully at home besides looking for her brother. Also want to take a minute to stress the importance of the paperwork before, Please please please do not make the mistake of checking the DNR box. I didn’t really have the extra money and never in a million years thought one of them would need it. But I’d give anything to go back and change what happened today. I will continue to bring all my animals to this clini
