GINAS HAPPY HOUND.

My personal experience is that I'm not happy.. This was my first time here and I definitely expressed that we liked our puppy with his long fluffy hair and that I just wanted his hair trimmed out of his eyes so he could see and cleaned up a bit. As well as his toe nail filed down. The lady asked was he mated at all? I replied no, I comb him daily. So just a trim is all we want. 3 hours later I went back to check because I thought this is an awful long time for just a trim and I didn't even recognize my dog. I honestly didn't even know what to say. I just stood there and stared. She shaved him down so awful it looked liked something a new person would do with cheap clippers. I wanted to cry. To just paid the bill because the business still needs their money and ran to my car devastated and

I love this place! They treat my dog like he is their own and he always leaves looking and smelling great! The prices are also much more reasonable than somewhere like petco salon. Highly recommend

Did an absolutely amazing job on my baby! First time coming here, was recommended by some friends that have a beautiful Shepherd! Gina’s did an amazing job with my may girl! She looks beautiful and most importantly to us we actually can pet her without a handful of hair every time! She will be our new groomer for now on and we recommend you do the same!

I have taken my dogs to Gina’s for years . They always do a great job. We are always greeted with warmth and a smile. My Brittany , Sassy used to be anxious about getting her nails trimmed but Ronnie has formed a special bond with her and it has made a world of difference . Her relationship with Sassy has made her more relaxed and Sassy was more relaxed with Gina recently when Ronnie was off. So glad that I found them and so is Sassy.

We took our Golden Retriever to get groomed and the results were terrible. They essentially made him look like a poodle. The more you look at the photos it’s apparent you can see the clipper marks and they cut his hair way shorter then requested. They are nice people that work there and they are great from a customer service standpoint, but I would be very hesitant taking a golden there. It’s going to take months for him to look back to normal.
