Phone operator was extremely rude. Said because I wasnt native she couldn't help me. (As a phone operator you should be able to give me other options to call) She was very unprofessional. Big yikes Also I am native
Rude staff and not very helpful.
We arrived shortly before closing due to traffic back up and were concerned that we weren't going to be able to get our dogs immunizations but, the officer who was in duty was pleasantly helpful and not only got the dogs immunized he was very thorough and knowledgeable in the field. This was very much appreciated. Nice to have such a pleasant experience.
I left a voicemail after no one answered the phone, but have yet to receive a call back as of today.
Lovely staff, very friendly. 3 of my pets had their shots and snipped here and they care about the well being of your pets.
