Refused over the phone to put down my aunt's dying cat because they didn't have the owner's permission- the very owner who, in a psychotic state, locked this elderly cat up for four days without food and water, and who's currently in a psychward while we're left figuring out what to do about her dying cat. Luckily the cat died the night before, surrounded with love, otherwise these people might've had to actually do their jobs. If they can't handle a half-dead animal, I'm definitely not trusting them with a live one.

It's a small place but they are caring and not overly expensive. My problem though is they don't have a restroom. We had to wait on blood work to come back and they didn't have a restroom. Really an inconvenience. I am 65 and I thought it was a little rude that I'm waiting and they didn't allow me to use their bathroom. Not sure if I'll use them again

We scheduled an emergency appointment for my dog due to a lump on her stomach. They didn’t even look at it. They felt it with their hand and said she needed surgery and walked out. They spent less than 5 minutes with her. Her surgery was scheduled over a month after. My dog died before she was able to get the surgery. Maybe if they would have took a little more time to check it out we would have known the severity of it before she died.

I ingested bleach and in desperation came here hoping they'll pump my stomach... but they recognized me from my viral video and wouldn't stop asking for my autograph. Alas, I surely perished....

Took My Kitten to get Spade and she is doing great. In & 0ut the same day and her stitches are nice and clean. The staff was excellent with my furry baby. We will be using this facility again.
