I can’t say enough great things about Christine and the incredible care she gives. She is the owner and groomer, and you can truly tell she loves what she does. From the moment we walked in, she made both me and my dog Puff feel comfortable and welcomed. Christine is patient, gentle, and extremely professional. Puff came out looking AMAZING — clean, fluffy, and perfectly groomed — and even more importantly, happy and relaxed. It’s not easy to find someone you can fully trust with your pet, but Christine has absolutely earned that trust. If you’re looking for a groomer who treats your dog like family and takes pride in her work, I highly recommend Christine. Puff and I will definitely be back!

The groomer demonstrated a clear lack of skill and care when handling an elderly dog, resulting in an injury. Rather than taking accountability, they failed to address the situation appropriately and gave inadequate medical advice. Grooming appointments can last several hours, and during that time, pet owners are trusting that their pet's safety and well being are the top priority. Unfortunately, that level of care, professionalism, and responsibility was not shown in this case. With 30+ years of experience in grooming, one would expect this facility to be fully equipped to handle pets that may be anxious, reactive, or difficult during appointments. Referring to dogs as “extremely bad to groom,” “dogs that scream all over the place,” or “biters” reflects a concerning lack of patience and

The absolute best you’ll find. I called because my rescue needed a bath ASAP, and they got her in immediately for me. They took the best care of her, and were the kindest and most generous people. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I look forward to them continuing to care for my girl!

It will not let me post a picture, but I brought my miniature bernedoodle to get his first puppy cut here and they were amazing!! He looks so cute and even gave me a cute little souvenir to take home❤️ high recommend!!

This place is FABULOUS!! My pomeranian looks so pretty! They did a wonderful job and I couldn’t have asked for a better haircut for my beautiful dog. They are so nice and ask many questions to make sure you get the cut you want! I HIGHLY recommend!
