Ever have one of those “pinch me, this can’t be real” moments? Well Katie is the real deal. I don’t even want to give her an honest review to risk having EVERYONE start flocking to her! Honestly. I had the best experience bringing my young Havenese to this grooming salon. Katie is gentle, she works with the dog on their terms, not on her time schedule. She was very clear at our introduction about what her methods were and true to her word she sent me pictures and texts throughout the visit to let Me know how my Bailey girl was doing. Katie has been providing grooming and advice for my older, medium sized pit bull mix for many years. I have taken him to big chain service providers but have not gotten the quality care that Katie provides. From booking an appointment to fit my schedule to providing attentive service during and after my pup pups nail trimming or bath, Katie goes above and beyond to provide great care. I have watched Katie interacting with my pup and she has been so comforting and gentle. She will ask questions to get updated on my pup pup’s health and provides knowledgeable advice just for him. Katie is amazing with my Ozzy! He was so comfortable with her he fell asleep mid grooming! She is so gentle and caring and really takes the time to make sure your baby is comfortable. And she'll send pics during their visit so you can see your pup is doing well. I am so happy to have found her!!!

Katie was absolutely amazing! My baby loved her and instantly felt comfortable with her. He jumped out of the car and went right to the door, like he knew he was welcome. If my fur baby likes you, so do I. Thank you Katie for being patient with him and loving on him. He's had a lot of vets and groomers write him off as "aggressive" and Katie didn't judge him or write off my sweet man.
