Genoa Animal Hospital

Long story short, my dog had an accident and we were unable to move him for 2 days until he finally gave up and gave me the chance to get him picked up and put in my truck. I called all the vets in sycamore and dekalb and explained what happened and nobody would take him in. I called Genoa animal hospital and explained and they took him in without a thought even though they were booked. They treated him like he was their own dog and even spoiled him with plenty of peanut butter. Thank you for everything you did to help Copper in his time of need.We will definitely be coming here from now on.

We are forever grateful to all of the staff at Genoa. They went above and beyond to see all of our pets last minute. The staff behind the desk were exceptionally kind, techs were wonderful, and doctors were amazing. We’ve found a new forever vet and we are so thankful.

We had a great experience at Genoa Animal Hospital. My dog just got diagnosed with being diabetic and not only the staff but everyone there has been wonderful and so helpful. I highly recommend anyone who loves their fur babies and wants the best care for them to go there. 10/10

After going to many vets over the years, I found the best place in the world for my pet's healrh right in Genoa. It's a wonderful place, with smart, caring staff. A million Thank Yous would never be enough for the kindness Genoa Animal Hospital showed us in a recent emergency. Our precious cat, Holly, had been battling mammary cancer for almost a year and was approaching that time where we would need to help her cross the rainbow bridge. We had an apt scheduled with our Vet that same day. Holly took a drastic decline, and I knew there was no way she could make the 30 min drive to her vet. In a panic, I searched for the nearest vet and called Genoa. From answering my call to when we left, they went above and beyond to help us.
