Dr Miller is very caring and accommodating. She listens to your concerns and does everything she can to get your fur baby well, while trying to keep costs at a minimum, when she can. The whole staff is fantastic and genuinely concerned for our Sassy(dog). General veterinary care, when not sick, is great! I highly recommend Geneva Veterinary Clinic.

I absolutely do not recommend this veterinary practitioner to any person who needs care for their pet unless it's an absolute emergency. I brought my dog in because she was limping and I wasn't sure why. I met with the veterinarian and tech, then received exceptional care and was satisfied with my visit. That however was not the experience I had during the follow up. Upon my arrival for treatment, I was handed a paper explaining what my dog was diagnosed with and a second paper that was a receipt of $600. As I was reading the paper about the diagnosis, my pet was taken to the back and administered an antibiotic without being told anything about the drug or even giving consent for it to be administered. Once I got to the second paper with the $600 charge, I questioned what was going on.

Dr Emily and her staff are some of the most caring, knowledgeable, and happy professionals I’ve ever known! Dr Emily and the vet tech who worked with my cat answered all of my questions, showed me X-rays, gave me a clear direction of how we would proceed and most of all, they gave me confidence!

Definitely one of the best veterinary offices around. Sprocket goes there for all his vaccines and checkups to make sure he stays healthy. Dr. Miller and staff display great customer service and compassion. I would definitely recommend Geneva Veterinary Clinic to family and friends.
