Geary Veterinary Services Mount Pleasant Clinic

More then once Dr Geary save one of our babies lives. Yesterday was no exception. We recently adopted an amazing little puppy after a terrible a took our last pup. We had an appointment set up to get him his shots and everything was great. Suddenly out of nowhere he got very sick. He fell over and began throwing up. Could not stand eat or drink. We recently moved so we tried calling several vets in our local area and received the same response over and over. We can see you in two weeks or a week. We than started calling emergency vets in area and we're stunned to be told that they were so busy they couldn't even See anybody. So finally we said you know what let's just call Dr. Geary and see what happens. Sure enough they were able to get us in the same day and asked us if we could be there

Was saddened by the non compassion that was shown by vet and vet techs when I brought my animal in who was in so much pain. I was a complete mess. Most vets understand that people who have pets, know they are our family and kids. After first visit my pet got worse. The medications given seemed to make symptoms worse. Called back and took back to vet a few days later and paid yet AGAIN. The only thing they said is stop every thing to see if symptoms get better. I was in complete shock and angered to say the least. It’s so hard to watch them suffer in pain and do absolutely NOTHING. Thank the good Lord above, I got a second opinion. This place had my dog’s wrong gender and name. Talk about SAD and unprofessional that’s an understatement.

Absolutely the most caring, helpful vet we have ever met. Unconditionally saved our dogs life for a fraction of the cost of what everyone else wanted. This is the only place that seemed to care more about the animal than taking your money. I will never take my animals anywhere else. 10 stars if I could.

My little dog had her jaw dropped open. She couldn’t shut her mouth. I took her to another vet. All possible treatments for this I was told was surgery or something wrong in her brain. I refused to believe this. My precious was acting very normal otherwise. Playing and dancing for treats. Wanting to eat and drink etc. I took her to Dr Geary and within minutes he knew what was wrong. My little girl just gad a case of what they call Drop Jaw. She would be fine in about a week. She is her old self now. Hands down this place is the best!!!
