Gator A Dog Training

I brought my dog from Germany after being medically retired from the army and was looking for a reliable trainer and someone who really knew what they were doing. I had looked and called around until I found Gator A dog training online. At the time my dog was only a couple of months old and wasn’t very responsive to commands. After just a month with Ashley my dog was obeying commands and her behavior was 100 times better. I continued to work with her as Ashley had instructed me to while she was home with me. She will be a service dog and Ashley has been working with me on that as well. It’s been a few months now and the difference between when I dropped my dog off to now is night and day. Ashley had my husky for a total of two months and when I got him back it was a world of difference. He was a completely different dog, but in a good way! The fact she had him on site and away from his bad habits at home was hard for me but best for his training. I was very happy with the progress updates I would get on him and was so grateful for all Ashley did to assure me he was doing well in training. It was absolutely worth the time. Outside of my own dog, her work with her working dogs is incredible. I was lucky enough to see her with her own and WOW was that impressive!

Ashley is pretty amazing! She has a rare talent for training and taking dogs to the next level, as well as a total devotion to the dogs in her care. Her insight into animal behavioral issues and helping dogs and their families to manage and change those behaviors is to be commended. Ashley and Gator A Dog Training did an incredible job with my 10 month old golden retriever, Blue. We had been having a very difficult time with him on leash - he had knocked me down and dragged me around several times before we went to Gator A Dog Training. He was also very fearful of everything. I can’t thank Ashley enough for all the work she did with him. Blue came home a more confident pup, and now our walks are enjoyable. Ashley gave us the training and tools to work with Blue - it was up to us to continue his training and be vigilant with it. Ashley had our nine month old German Shepherd puppy, Theo for two months. When Theo came back home he was totally potty trained and more obedient! He learned simple commands and learned how to appropriately walk on a leash too! Theo is now 15 months old and still has retained what Ashley taught him. He’s a better dog because of Ashley’s training. Her love and devotion for animals is very apparent and she loves what she does. I highly recommend her services.
