Garner Veterinary Clinic

My best friend has passed. I went to her house and her cat was passing. A vet in Britt told me I needed to make an appointment in order to let this cat pass. That is absolutely ridiculous. We called up Garner Veterinarian Clinic and they got us in right away. That is what a vet clinic is all about. Taking an animal desperately in need and doing what's best for the animal. We could not thank the clinic enough through the tears! Thank you for being compassionate and for being there. Animals don't choose when it's their time to pass. To make it convenient for a vet by making a pre-scheduled an appointment is absolutely appalling. To the vet clinic in Britt Iowa shame on you. Always friendly! My anxious dog is comfortable going in to the office as well as excited to go to the Pet Resort next door. The staff is excellent at taking care of Elly!

The vet that practices here is very kind, gives great care and is patient and respectful with both the animals and their owners. His staff, on the other hand, are rude and do not care about the well being of animals and should not work at a vet office.

Very kind staff. They were there for us when we lost our precious Gucci, and did everything they could to make her final hours comfortable and helped us. They are just as helpful and wonderful now with our new member of the fam, Chaco.
