I am writing this letter out of profound grief and anger over the loss of my healthy six-year-old dog, who died shortly after receiving a vaccine at Gardiner Animal Hospital (which they are not a hospital that they name there business.) what makes this loss especially heartbreaking is that it may have been preventable. Immediately after the vaccination, my dog began showing clear signs of a reaction—symptoms serious enough that I contacted your office right away. Despite explaining the urgency of the situation, I was told that there were no appointments available for two days. My dog was in visible distress, and yet no one at your practice was willing to make the slightest effort to evaluate him, check his reaction, or provide any form of emergency care which other facilities were all book

Thank you to Dr.Churchill and the rest of the staff at Gardiner Animal Hospital. We’ve been going here for over 17 years. Today on my Sadie’s last day with us they were beyond compassionate, understanding and just so sincere in my final moments with her. I really appreciate you all and I know Sadie did too 🐶

hi neighbors, I just received a biopsy result that confirmed that my little best friend has cancer (skin cancer, from being in the sun). Im writing this for two reasons: 1. I’ve previously endorsed Gardiner Animal Hospital, whose doctors have dismissed my concerns of my cats lesions (ear scab) for years until casually mentioning during our last visit it “may” be cancer. A type of cancer they’re familiar with and have treated before and is most common in white cats. After doing my own research i realized it is absolutely what my cat has and i’m wondering why it took 2 years to mention the possibility to me, especially if they have the knowledge experience of this rare cancer. Worst vet in the area. You get a zero rating from me. What a shame I hope that your business gets shut down.

Sadly, my family and I recently had to put our 16 year old dog to rest. It was a heart wrenching decision but thought it best to let her go with some dignity and not to suffer. We got there a little early so we could each spend some time alone with her and then let her sniff around outside for a bit. When Dr. Churchill came outside to greet us, she asked if we would like to do it outside on a blanket under a nice shady tree so we could all be around her, we said absolutely. It was much less stressful for her to be outside where she loved to be and not in a room where, let’s face it, no pet is comfortable. She took the time to explain everything to us and was so kind and gentle. Everyone was. We even got a sympathy card that was signed by the staff along with a beautiful (but very sad) poe
