This is one of the best vets I have ever been to. If I wasn’t moving, I would take current & future pets here for as long as I could! They showed my dog unconditional love & care no matter the time or day! I am so grateful for all the people here. Recommend 100% to anyone & everyone.

I've taken my dog there since we got him. They've taken very good care of him and have gotten to know him pretty well. I also took my car there when she deployed swallowed fishing line. They did surgery, removed the fishing line (10 feet!)and she lived for many more years

gone back and forth about posting this, but I am. On 2/13/26 I brought my 10-month-old kitten Larry to Garden Street Animal Hospital because his gums were pale and he was acting anemic. Their notes from that visit literally say “acting anemic” and “gums pale.” Bloodwork was done and we were told to recheck in two weeks. On 2/25/26 he wasn’t eating, was lethargic, and getting worse. Repeat labs showed: Hematocrit: 7.9% Hemoglobin: 2.6 RBC: 2.18 Platelets: 53 Those numbers are critically low. The 2/25 exam notes from that visit list multiple systems as “normal,” including mucous membranes, even though pale gums were documented at the first visit and he was visibly worse. Dr. Meyerer is truly the best. I take my whole pack 7, yes 7, Chihuahuas to him. They are all in extended years 10 plus due to his care.

I will forever be grateful for the care my dog received. She went through an emergency that very well could’ve killed her and was able to pull through thanks to you guys. Thank you for saving my dog.
