Words cannot express our gratitude for the phenomenal care that was given to our dog Bowie. He had gotten extremely ill the Saturday before the blizzard this year. We brought him to Garden State Veterinary early Saturday morning. We were immediately addressed and brought into an exam room. Dr Hoover was on service that day. Dr. Hoover , Dr.Navarro and the entire staff worked on Bowie to get him feeling better. From the technicians to the doctors to the front desk customer care representatives there was not one moment that someone wasn't updating us and taking care of our boy. It was a whole new level of care for us. We will be forever grateful to you all. Bowie is doing much better and is on the mend. Almost back to normal. As soon as we walked into those doors they treated my cat like he was one of their own. They helped him, loved him, and nurtured him in the way he needed in that present time. My cat had a diabetic seizure and they made me feel really good about the procedures they did for my cat. Everybody there was so sweet and we absolutely loved the doctor and techs that were working that night. The doctor explained everything to us so we understood step by step what was going on. On February 8, 2026 I bought my Kato to this emergency room. He was taken care of immediately the next day he was scheduled for surgery . I am curious and utterly devastated. To have a bill of 1000s of dollars to find out that my dog coded on the table at the end of surgery. He had six puncture wounds and was fine Sunday night and Monday till 2 o’clock in the afternoon. How is it that he Didn’t survive. What did the surgical team do wrong? What did Dr. Parks did not do????? Well, I’m getting our pneumothorax. I recently had to bring my dog, Luca, to the emergency veterinary hospital, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire team. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were met with compassion, professionalism, and genuine kindness. The reception staff were warm, understanding, and incredibly efficient during what was a very stressful time for me. They kept me informed, answered my questions patiently, and made sure we were seen as quickly as possible. The veterinary technicians were knowledgeable, gentle, and so reassuring. They explained everything clearly and treated Luca with such tenderness and care. The doctors and medical staff went above and beyond. They were thorough in their examination, took the time to walk me through every detail of Luca's condition,

Yesterday we rushed my cat Jax to the emergency room and not even a second of walking in they grabbed him and worked on him immediately. No waiting at all! They really care about their patients which tells you the kind of people they are. They were so respectful and compassionate. They gave us our time with him and made sure he went with dignity. Thank you so much to these kind people. They made a very hard time feel a little easier.
