We love taking our two dogs here! Gabrielle is great with our dogs. She has taken the time to build a relationship of trust with them so they don't dread going for a bath and to get their nails done. Each time our dogs leave, they smell great and their nails have been trimmed well and grinded. On a few occasions at our request she has washed our senior dog with major skin allergies with his medicated wash. I appreciated her communication on how long each grooming session would take and received a prompt message when they were done. I also love that they get such cute bandanas each time!!

I've never been more disappointed with a grooming service. I got a call 15 to 20 minutes after taking my dog to this pathetic and unprofessional groomer who had to discontinue my service. She didn't finish my dogs bath because he is a senior and she has no experience with senior dogs. He has arthritis in the back but gets regular acupuncture and has gone to the groomer in his current condition with no issues for 2 years now! I thought I would give this new place a shot. What a freaking waste of time!!! I got back a soapy dog and she charged me $40 when she didn't even render a service to my dog (except spray him down and add some soap). DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO RIVERFRONT IN CHEASANING. THEY ARE FAR MORE PROFESSIONAL AND WILL TREAT YOUR DOG PROPERLY!!!! The below photo is what $40 g

Gabrielle is the best dog trainer. I have so far taken my German Shepard to her twice now and he and I have learned a lot from her. She has been very patient with us both. Can't wait to have more training sessions with her to see how much more we both can learn.

Took my 6lb dog in for a groom and was not happy with the result. While she did not charge much for the less than 10 minute groom, the result was not satisfactory. Body looked fine, however the top of the head and around the face was very uneven, and did not look like it was cleaned. I am not usually into leaving reviews but I do believe this new business is in need of further training.
