Andrew needs some customer service training & to make people aware when they’re buying Sick fish animals and etc. I have spent a lot of money here and I’m taking my business elsewhere seeing I was sold diseased shrimp and wasn’t made aware of it. I noticed it when I got halfway home. There’s two tanks as of last week that had ich and one fish in a separate tank with dropsy. The shrimp I have received have a disease caused by dirty water. Just bc water looks Chrystal clear doesn’t mean it is. Label your sick tanks wear a fake smile and talk to customers like they’re valued, shoutout pet supplies plus they just need shrimp and they’d have all my business!

When we became reluctant recipients of a ball python, We went to G and M to get some basics and wound up with detailed information on how to care for our new pet. We hadn't really intended on keeping her but with their guidance, instruction and kindness we are really enjoying her. I ran back in today because she didn't eat and they explained the many reasons she may not. We carefully handle her, have the right materials for her enclosure and the guidance and information we need to be responsible and attentive snake people. I appreciate them and how kind they were with our complete lack of knowledge about snake handling! They are fantastic! The store is clean and well stocked and the office cat is delightful!

Few years ago me and my mom winter my mom got me a green iguana look healthy and stuff when we went home everything seemed fine then that night well the next day the iguana starts not eating it wasn't drinking and we went to check on it the next day and it passed away we told g&m about it and we took it there to show it that it died from sickness the guy with the glasses is extremely rude said we can refund it get our money back and he said the only thing I can offer you is $10 off anything and we paid $44 for the iguana itself in $10 for crickets we didn't get a lot for the price they only put a little bit of crickets in the bag when it's supposed to be five dozen and then the guy with the glasses gets rude with me and I have autism level 3 and ticks disorder him and my mom end up being i

Drove 40 minutes to get 1 specialty item. Got to the doors at 4:52pm... and the doors were locked even though the hours are until 5:00pm. The 2 individuals looked at me thru the locked doors and turned around. How rude! Guess what... you just lost 3 customers and I'm guessing we've spent around $2000 this past year.... well that's $2k you won't be getting this year.
