Furs Unleashed by Jennifer

(unfortunately I have to change my previous review, I scheduled an appointment on Tuesday July 1st for today Saturday July 5th for a grooming/bath. I made sure to double check with the receptionist when she said that they had openings for today even with it being the day after the holiday, so I was surprised when we showed up for our appointment and no one was there and a sign on the door that said they would be open on Monday. I would have at least appreciated a phone call or text message saying that they decided to close today and needed to reschedule. Looking back at previous reviews this looks to be a pattern for them, I won't be wasting my time in the future.) Jennifer is always good about keeping our appointments. She did have health issues going on but she was very upfront about it. We are very understanding that life happens. She is very patient with dogs and not pushing them outside their comfort zone. She works hard to build a positive relationship with the animals that she grooms. Abigail loves her and is always so happy to see her. I will continue to take our dog to Jennifer.

Jennifer does good work but its hard to get her to commit to appointments. She has canceled several appointments and without any notice. The last straw was recently when I was scheduled for 10am appointment and the store was closed. There was a tournament happening on s.court, right where the business is. She did not answer her phone(never) and did not let me know that the street was closed and that we had to reschedule. I hate that we have to go somewhere else. But she is not worth the trouble when she can't even communicate effectively. I would zero her if I could. She should close down permanently or hire groomers.

Terrible! Dropped off at 10:30 this morning and didn't get finished until 5:00pm. We were told come back in 3 hours but after 4.5 hours later, we were told to wait another 30 minutes so they could finish up a few things. We parked out front so we could wait there. After almost 30 minutes, we watched as she put our dog on the table in the window. It was obvious she hadnt even been started on at that point so we knew we were going to be waiting much longer than we were told. At 5:00 she waved us in to get her. Was told she just didn't have the help needed, nobody came in to help and It showed! She apologized because she knew we weren't going to be happy before we even said anything. I took my Mookiepoo to Furs Unleashed recently. We greeted warmly by the staff. They did an amazing job on Bandit. They even outfitted him with a bandana. He looked so cute. We will definitely be returning customers. Thank you Jennifer and Latoya 🩷
