Furry Friends Grooming Salon

I’ve been taking my Shichon here for a couple of years now. Jessica always does a great job on her. I never have to worry about her because I know she’s always in good hands there! No complaints! I highly recommend Furry Friends.

See Pics! I was not going to give this place a bad review when I was dissatisfied with their work. I intended to pick up a partial refund and go about my way. Unfortunately when I came to pick up said refund, the owner said that it is my fault, that I have always been to picky. (Been going there for a year or so) The owner said that she does not want to cut the dogs hair anymore because of me. Please look at the pics of what happened to my dog! After being treated like that I can not just let this go.

My dog and I are greatly disappointed by Furry Friends. To start, I dropped my dog off at 8:15, and she had to stay there all day. I wasn’t able to pick her up until 4 pm. As soon as she got home, she chugged water like she hadn’t received any while at the groomers for nearly 8 hours. Upon further inspection of the haircut, I noticed her belly and private area were red, and it looked like a bad razor burn. My dog was not her normal, happy self all evening and the following day after her grooming appointment. UPDATE: the following 48 hours after my dogs grooming, she was having quite a bit of pain, and she stopped eating/drinking/going to the bathroom. I took her to the vet, and she had to get a steroid and antibiotic injection. Please be aware and warned about Furry Friends. There are othe

Our Dorkie had only had home grooming for 5 years. Needless to say it was less than perfect. Took our neighbors advice and took Marley to Furry Friends. Oh my goodness when they brought him out I was shocked. He was beautiful, the Marley my wife and I remember. Thank you so much for the awesome job you did !!! I was little late from work and they were very understanding as the trip from Dayton to home in Troy is not good on it's best day. Sorry for being late ( it won't happen again ). Much love.......
