I cannot say enough amazing things about Mike at FurEver Friends Dog Grooming Salon! (Fancy Tails) He groomed my 7-month-old Labradoodle for her very first haircut. My Mabel walked in looking like a shaggy, overgrown fluffball with tons of matting. To be honest, I was nervous because she’s extremely timid, shy, and the type to run away from anyone trying to groom her. But Mike was absolutely incredible. He was so patient, gentle, and calm with her that her grooming appointment was a beautiful success. And the transformation? WOW!!!! She came out looking like show-dog royalty! Perfectly shaped, soft, clean, and somehow still looking like her, just a million times better. If you have a sensitive or difficult-to-groom pup, Mike is HANDS DOWN the person you want. Mike and the staff are super sweet, so polite and so careful, gentle and kind to our sweet Rocky. I never have to worry or wonder if they are going to do a good job. They always make Rocky look like a prize winning show dog 🙂 They put so much effort into the grooming and take pride in doing what’s best for him.

Mike is exceptional. He grooms my dog Tripp with incredible attention to detail and genuine care. Tripp always looks amazing. What stands out even more is that Mike calls me right away when he’s finished and never crates Tripp afterward — he keeps him out and comfortable until I arrive. That means a lot to me as a dog owner. I highly recommend Mike to family, friends, and anyone looking for a truly dedicated groomer.

We brought our new Foster puppy to Mike for a bath,trim and nail cut. Our mini baby doodle was just 3 months old. Mike was patient and yet efficient. He trimmed the hair around his face his paws and gave him a bath. This pup for me when I try to bathe him is finicky. But I watched Mike and he had no issues. I normally wouldnt stay, but he was a baby to me. I asked a ton of questions, and Mike was very informative and educational. We had previously used Mike for years with our older dog and were always happy with his grooming. Bonus, no dog ever came home terrified or was reluctant to return to Mike. So we will always keep coming back!

Brought my extremely nervous and angst-ridden small terrier here for her first grooming experience after being adopted. I was sure I was going to get a call that she got kicked out. Instead I got a call an hour later that she was ready - Mike took SUCH good care of her, and he knew how to ease her into being comfortable at the groomer. Will absolutely be bringing Tallulah Bankhead back here, I know she's in the best hands.
