I HATE SEEING PEOPLE LIKE YOU ELIZABETH. THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. My dogs have been going here for years! My babies are taken care of have the option to go in and out of the building. I have access to contact even after hours to check on my babies. Its truly disgraceful to put a 1 star on a facility you have never been in. Instead of assuming that they are shut out and miserable maybe go and check it out. Find something to do maybe instead of putting good people down that work hard.

I want to thank you guys and your staff. I had a surgery that required me to be hospitalized longer than I expected. I needed someone to take care of my four legged old buddy, George, while I was incapacitated. A friend of mine recommended Furbabies for extended overnight care. They took great care of him and kept in touch with me while I was recovering. The FURbabies Hotel and Spa employee Melissa, gave George a ride home. Melissa volunteered to give him a ride since I shouldn’t drive yet. Thank you, Melissa💕.

I live behind this place and when I tell you that these dogs whine and cry and bark for their owners all night long I mean it. They lock dogs out in the rain/cold/ whatever overnight after they leave quite often. I won’t say every single night but it’s more nights than not. Your people’s dogs are not happy, they are terrified and literally calling for you all night.

My family Odo was taken very good care of. He was there for a week and wanted to back after we got home. Great people, great place.

Careful attention to individual personalities and free roam. They follow dietary needs and cleanliness.
