Small and cozy with a wonderful staff. The Vet and Techs took time to listen, to know our pet (rabbit) and explained every step in clear details. I appreciated the fact that they offered an estimate to there were no financial surprises.

Dr Willett spayed my Labradoodle, Molly and everything went perfectly. Her and her staff are sincere and professional. Dr Peagley and staff helped us with a very ill goat, Spicy goat. Dr Peagley and staff took time to listen to her history and help us make some decisions about treatment. They are knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommend!

I stopped in to see if they could treat one of my birds, a Scarlet Macaw. I just wanted to show a picture of her beak condition and ask if it were in their capability to correct. It would have taken 5 seconds to look at the picture and tell me. That would have given me confidence to use them, but they refused and insisted I book an appointment. How do I know I want to engage them if they cannot do what I need to have done. Their attitude towards a perspective customer (who also has 5 other birds) told me this was NOT the place for my business. Other veterinarian locations were much more friendly and accomodating to customers.

My family and I would like to give a BIG Thank you to Dr. Willett and the amazing staff that we came across the day we had to put our sweet Jazz down. It was one of the hardest things I've had to do being that she was our first family pet that grew up alongside my son for the past 15 years. Everyone went above and beyond and made something so hard go as smoothly as possible. The kindness and empathy that were shown were truly appreciated. I'm terrible with names but one of the ladies even made a heart pillow out of Jazz's blanket that we had up there that day and that touched my heart and brought tears of joy as I picked up her ashes and drove home. My Schnauzer had been seen for several weeks at another facility. She quickly and correctly analyzed his issue and he is doing so much better as I am too because I am not worried he is on deaths bed. He was treated for a UTI and it had cleared but he was still shaking uncontrollable. She said he had anxiety from something. Asked me a lot of questions to confirm. He is taking CBD and is now back to himself. Thank you so much for helping us. He is an AMAZING pet and companion and he very loved. It was so hard to see him suffering and not know what was wrong.
