I have been calling them for two days no pick up and finally they text me back which I was happy. She told me to come the next day which I agreed on and was happy. Went in there at 8:40am ask me what I wanted for my dog. I wanted his nails cut, bathe, and his hair cut short but not shaved they said number cut 5 or 7 and I said 5 but they kept telling me to do 7 cause 5 you wouldn’t be able to tell it will be short so I agreed thinking they know what their doing cause I’m not professional on dogs grooming. Two hours later picked him up and I was not happy one bit. She didn’t even touch his nails and they shaved him which I did not want. THEY HURT MY BABY Do not take your cat to this place for their own safety. I took my 14 year old cat in for a semi-annual lion cut. (first time here) She has several bruises over her stomach. When I picked her up she was in the groom area, not in her carrier, standing still. She did not come to me, just stood there frozen. This usual loving baby has not wanted anyone to touch her for two days. Cost: $88 and trauma.

Where do I even begin? I have had THREE bad experiences here on three separate occasions. I made a grooming appointment for my dog and they told me to bring her there at 9 AM and at about 3 PM. I called in to check on her and they haven't even started on her yet. So after asking when she was going to be done they stated that they were finally going to start on her soon. THEN after two hours I got a call saying she was ready and I was very upset with the way she looked. All they did was brush her out that was it. Not to mention she was so thirsty and had to go to the bathroom so bad she almost didn't make it outside. I scheduled an appointment to get my golden doodle groomed and when I had arrived I was denied because the owner had left and didn’t want to come back to take care of my appointment we agreed on. This made me frustrated because she knew I’m an hour away from home. She ended telling me she will take care of him the following day at no Cost! Which I was very happy to hear. The following day I came in and she denied to work on my dog again! Only because of a cut he had on him and had a lot of Matt’s in his hair. I felt like she was making excuses to not cut his hair because she didn’t want to fulfill her promise she had made the previous day. This was the worst experience I had ever had at a dog grooming shop.! I ended up taking him at one of a kind pet spa and their service was amazing!

I called for an appointment for my dog that is blind and has hip dysplasia. This was my trusted groomer and we made an appointment for a Sunday so I could stay there while he was groomed. This is probably going to be his last groom before I have no choice to put him down before his condition progresses. He's 20 years old and I just wanted him to be as comfortable as possible for whatever time he has left. So I get up early to make my 8:30am appointment and there was a no show on their part. I called the number and left a message and never heard anything from them. I am disappointed, not for me but for my Whisper.
