Very good experience. The kennel is homey and has a comfortable feel to it. The interior was nice and warm on a cold winter day. The owners are friendly and informative. Nice place.

While visiting Alexandria Bay, we found out Boldt Castle does not allow dogs. Our boy, Rocky, has never been to a kennel.. we read the reviews and decides to give it a try. Thankfully, they were able to accommodate us for the day on short notice, and we were free to enjoy our day at the castle. Rocky did well and if we come back to the area, we would hands down use Funny Farm Kennels again. Here are some photos they sent of our boys day.

Funny Farm Kennels is the best. Donna and Art, who own the business, are GREAT with dogs and make every effort to make your dog feel at home. Our dog, Harry, is a tricky dog - he's a rescue who isn't trusting of strangers. I was nervous to bring Harry to a kennel, but I didn't have a choice as I had a trip planned with my family and we couldn't bring the dog with us. Donna and Art were amazing with Harry, and despite Harry's anxiety he ended up having a great time there. And of course they always send pictures during your dog's stay. After that positive experience I've brought Harry there many times since. It's the only kennel I will bring him to! I highly recommend them.

Having recently moved to Clayton, I needed a trust worthy kennel for my dog, Melly. I reached out to Donna, she is awesome and able to help me out last minute. After meeting her and Art, I knew Melly would be in great hands. Very clean kennels and a nice yard for them to be let out in. Thanks again!

I was very impressed from start to finish with Funny Farm. Donna was friendly and easygoing. The kennel is extremely clean and organized. Luna was there for 5 nights and did very well. I got a text with photos a few days in which was nice. I'm so glad to have found Funny Farm. We'll definitely come back!
