*Edit- I am adding this clarification in response to the practice stating they have no record of treating our dog under my name. Carlos’s records and billing were under my husband’s name, not mine. This practice did treat Carlos on many occasions over several months, which is reflected in billing statements issued by the office. We also received a sympathy card from this practice following his passing. I am happy to provide documentation to support this review. My intent is simply to share our experience so other pet owners can make informed decisions.. We are sharing this so other pet owners can make an informed decision and consider choosing a different veterinary practice. We currently drive our 3 cats and 3 dogs over 30 minutes to Fulton Animal Hospital, and will continue to do so because of the stellar care they receive from Dr. Cline and the rest of the amazing staff. We have tried different vets in the past, and have been let down. I would highly recommend Fulton Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a vet that truly cares about people and their pets.

I made a scheduled appointment for my newly adopted kitty for November 10, 2025. This was her first visit with Fulton Animal Hospital. Her appointment was just for a general examination and to make sure she was doing well. She saw Dr. Cline, and he and his assistant were so good with her. I had to have my 17 1/2 year old cat, Bella put to sleep in June of 2024. This was the first time I went to Fulton Animal Hospital. Bella saw Dr. Breslin who was able to correctly diagnose Bella with cancer in her left eye. Dr. Breslin was so kind and compassionate and her eyes reflected the pain and heartbreak I was feeling as I held Bella knowing I would have to make a decision no pet owner ever wants to have to make. DANGER! ( My DOG DIED ...) After years of trusting former vets. The new...Fulton animal hospital on Cherry St. Canal Fulton, He (Dr.) misdiagnosed my dog and within hours of our appointment ,we had to rush him to emergency pet hospital where our precious fur family member ( dog) died...He was well check vetted every three months..This was an appointment for acute illness including aspirated and vet was told.. He died from septic pneumonia... Only hours after of being given nausea injection and meds for nausea...A vet should be able to recognize that serious of an illness. Heart breaking experience and now finding so many more. I do not recommend !!!! Search elsewhere. It's too late for our dog. PLEASE Keep yours safe. Yesterday they called to open our wounds ! I can’t say enough good things about Fulton Animal Hospital, especially Dr. Breslin. She was incredibly patient and compassionate with my dog Apollo, who isn’t the easiest patient. What could have been a really stressful visit turned into a calm, reassuring experience thanks to her gentle approach, thorough communication, and genuine care. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in, and the tech assistants were just as kind and professional. Everyone made sure Apollo was treated with patience and respect, and they made sure I felt supported too. I left feeling informed, cared for, and incredibly grateful for the top notch service we received.
