Ft. Stewart Pet Boarding Facility

Would give zero stars if I could. Needed my two dogs boarded for five days while I was out of town. At first I thought they would be good because they were adamant about shot records and questionnaires but red flags started rising when they did not require any of the staff to actually see the dogs before boarding. Also they brushed off my concerns and questionnaires like they were not a big deal and said not to worry and that they could handle it. Red flags continued to rise on drop off day when no one answered my call to confirm a good drop off time. Then when I showed up the manager was confused and asked if they were expecting my dogs before she finally found their paperwork and had me fill out another questionnaire. I always use Fort Stewart’s pet boarding services when I travel. The workers are amazing and friendly, the location is clean, and the prices are unbeatable. I always know my dog will be well taken care of and safe while here. Should reserve out fairly far in advance as they do book up quickly.

This facility is absolutely amazing. This is not the first time I utilized their services. My interactions with staff have been excellent at every encounter. Also, my dogs absolutely love this place! I have a very large and very rambunctious puppy. Not only do they tolerate his shenanigans with grace, expertise, and professionalism, but with genuine kindness and affection. I cannot thank the staff enough for the care that they provide to my babies when I must leave town.

My cranky, moody, slightly sickly senior dog LOVES Pet Boarding!!! It's kind of funny that she stayed at boarding for a 4-day weekend recently & was kind of bummed that we picked her up because she enjoyed it so much. The staff has cared for my dog a handful of times, including a 2.5 week block leave. She was so loved & understood. I'm hesitant about who takes care of my dog because she has specific needs & an attitude that requires saintlike patience... Pet Boarding is that: caring & patient. I'm grateful to be able to entrust my dog to a facility that's so close to where I live when I need. They're honest about their policies & their waitlist, & I've been fortunate to be able to have a spot for my dog at a small facility like this. Thanks for all y'all do!

I found thr experience to be more than addicted. The facility was clean and had a maintained play area that was not dirt, the staff was pleasant and the accommodation. My only issue was when I called to check on my pet I couldn't get anyone on my phone all day . All things considered, it was a good experience and very affordable. I would recommend.
