I didn’t use their service as I thought the price was extremely high and unreasonable. I have a 15 lbs small dog looking to get a standard hair cut, nail trim, bath, and de-shed treatment and the total was $197. The receptionist does ask a ton of questions before giving you the price so do plan on being on the phone giving info before you get pricing.

Tried to call to inquire on pricing, and they wouldn’t give me a price without requesting my name, zip code, phone number, address, pet name, etc. then they hung up on me when I just asked if I could have the price before doing an intake, because if it’s out of my price range, there wouldn’t be a point. Poor customer service.

Lady on phone ( I didn't quite get her name) was really nice and very informative. I had a few questions and she was patient and awnsered them. 5 star for service!! Good job!

The customer service sucks!! The lady hung up the phone on my face!! Without telling me anything!! Terrible!!! If that person treats people like that, I can’t imagine how she would treat my dog!!
