Completely trashed our bernadoodle and still charged us $175.00 would never recommend this place to anyone. The experience was terrible

Terrible service!! I made an appointment two weeks in advance. I cleared my schedule and cancelled plans. When the day of my appointment arrived, they never showed. I called them and they stated they had cancelled my appointment without giving me any notice due to conflicts within their own scheduling. Very disappointing and I wouldn't waste your time making plans with a company that does not follow through.

It was the worst place ever! I paid $92.00 for them to take all the ticks off my dog and when I got home he has so many tickets on his paws. The lady told my cousin " I didn't take them all off" . Yet they promised he wouldn't have any on him at all

I payed 140$ for my dog after he was done he came out with a bleeding nail in his paw...NEVER calling again this amount of money is rediculus i took him to another place for 80$ and he wasnt in pain but to have my dog in pain for the price I don’t think so.

How are you going to charge before you guys come out and before the service is done I’m sorry but sounds really bad business model
