I scheduled a grooming about 1 1/2 a month ago for today july 3rd at 430pm for my fur baby. I had to call them n confirm and yes they sure confirmed!!! At 315pm i get a voicemail saying they are sending a diffrent groomer n wen i call them they tell me they have to Reschedule my appintment AGAIN!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GIVE THEM A TRY.

My first experience and the groomer was real patient with my puppy, who was having his first groom. By the end he went from nervousness to cuddling with the groomer. She really made him feel good while getting his first hair cut. Really appreciated the service, as the groomer was on time, took great care of my pup, and did a wonderful job on the cut.

Be aware that they cannot answer simple questions without taking all of your information, like “do you have any appointments available for this Wednesday?” I am waiting for them to start sending me emails and text messages that I will definitely delete and erase.

Josh was very helpful & also gave me at home tips, I will definitely be using their services again😽

I just called to see if they had any appointments for today and they need all of my info first "like come on its like yes or no my email shouldn't be a requirement" and as I'm asking the lady how intrusive was this going to be she just hung up.
