The groomer was awesome how ever customer service needs help had appoint last month and they call and say she was overbooked so they cancel the person on the phone was very rude and hung up on me. Then i go online to make apt for friday confirm and pay 138.00 for a 7 lbs dog. They call and cancel again she is over booked but could come first thing sat. Sat comes and i get a call again to change the date and time i was not happy finally got some one out. The proublem is the booking people.

Horrible. 1 hour to cut only my dogs back hair? Traumatized my dog to shaking. I asked for shave,total spa and lice treatment. I can hear the international show being screened from their phone to bt in van sooo loud I can hear it in my home. Groomer lied said she did it to drown out the vacuum noise. A. Never heard a vacuum. B. Why would you use a " vacuum " for 10 minutes when you didn't even finish his hair not to mention the lice you now contacted for other dogs to get? C. Why on earth did you think I was going to pay 160 for nothing? Not sanitized, If I can post pictures on this review... Uggggh

Lady hung up on me after giving me a quote no good customer service.
