I use Friends of the homeless warming center at night . Warming Center was one of the best ideals to help the community's people that are homeless and I need of a place to come to and get their life in order. The staff are very business like and no every resource to help a person or family get a place as well as connecting with jfs , hud , ect. .. Thanking that's all involved in the new shelter their building . And give thanks to the community and businesses as well as the people like me to stop their life to see something built that matters for the community. And special thanks to the people that are donating money to help Tuscarawas County make the new shelter being built . Jack's House of Hope is a remarkable building so far . I hope it makes a positive impact in Tuscarawas County's com

Beckey and her staff are grate in helping the people who are less fortunate and need help getting back on their feet . Beckey is the go to when it comes to public resources. Make sure you ask for Beckey . This woman can and will do everything in her power to get you back on your feet. It's a grateful place to get help and get a start on a fresh life . These people care if you make it to a better life . These people are a must to see to get connected back within the community . Good job Beckey and Beckeys staff . As far as the staff ( Ashley , Angie, Kat , Earl ,and the surrounding churches that the people come in and volunteer . ) . Thank all of you for sticking it out . Jack's house of hope will bring in the world of hope for our community . And to those who are out their still homeless

Jack's House of Hope! A tremendous resource if you're on the edge and need help. A charity that improves the community's at-edge members. While sometimes low-paid or volunteer staff aren't at their best, those complaining should remember this resource doesn't have to be here for them. Genuinely compassionate people who also pass out free meals on weekends to distressed members of the community. Kindness is there for those looking for it.

I called to assist my friend who is currently wandering the streets of New Philadelphia, homeless. The individual who answered the phone was short and rude. I understand you probably have a lot going on but you need to understand when you took this position, whether it was voluntary or you’re being paid, it is first and foremost a customer service/humanitarian position. Having a poor attitude when people are reaching out for assistance is disgusting and makes the organization, as a whole, look absolutely pathetic. If you are unable to facilitate/support people in need, you should seek employment else where and allow someone who cares to have that position.
