I am new to the area. Called on a Monday to set up appointment. No answer, leave a message. No one called me back. Call the next day and the girl says “we can put you on cancellation lists”…I say “No, I would like to schedule an appointment” she repeats “we can put you on cancellation lists” I repeat “I would like to schedule an appointment. I need an appointment, doesn’t matter how far out” at which point I realize she has hung up on me. I try to call back, straight to voicemail and no call back. Apparently this place is too busy to make an appointment, or even take a moment to discuss options. Their loss! I have 3 dogs and I have them groomed regularly. This place is great, very friendly staff, very professional my fur baby loved the ladies here. $60 for a basic cut. I would HIGHLY recommend this place! A++++++

They have someone there very special and knows how to take care of rescued dogs! She is just amazing! It's been more than one year I have been taking my dog there. It is expensive but she is just a loving person that cares about dogs and is also a very good professional!

Had a great experience with my pom/bull dog mix. They took the cutest picture of her! They tended to her shyness in a kind matter. And even took the time to educate me on her fur type. Already booked her next appointment. Will be recommending to family, friends for sure!
