Customer Reviews
An amazing shelter with an even more amazing staff! We were in the area and decided to stop in to see all the adorable dogs up for adoption. We instantly fell in love with Ron and Alfred. Unfortunately, since we live in Waterford, we aren’t allowed to have pitbulls — it broke my heart that we couldn’t take them both. You can truly tell how loved every animal there is. They all lit up with excitement when the staff walked into the room. We decided to adopt Alfred, and he’s already been the snuggliest little guy. My husband and I recently adopted two kittens from FAMD (Chandler and Monica - now named Cookie and Crisp). The whole experience was lovely. Facilities were clean and spacious. Every staff member we interacted with was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to meet with multiple cats and receive background information on the kittens before we made our decision. We adopted a cute little kitty from here. This is our little Rosie girl. All the staff here were very helpful and friendly. They take great care of the animals. Their adoption prices are very reasonable. I will suggest coming here to find your next fur baby.
