Love this pet store and staff! They are incredibly helpful. It is wonderfully stocked with great comparable prices to big box store. The interactions I have had with the staff, despite what people have said previously, have been amazing. They know my pets by name and always inquire about them. I know people might be dismayed by the “no dogs” in the store, but they do allow dogs for trying on harness, pet clothes etc. The store does have a lot of merchandise and it is carpeted. This isn’t a large Big Box pet store where there is ample space and tiled floor for animals to run around etc. I will continue to shop at this store for all my pets needs. As a local, having a pet store is such a necessity and they do a great job. Thank you!

I’ve been hesitant to right this review because it’s only about my experience with ONE specific employee but after speaking to community members about how rude and inconsiderate her comments were, inserting her own opinion in a disrespectful manner and then being snooty about it (after I was very clear that it was a controversial comment to of made) and dismissed her immediately before confrontation occurred -while I checked out and spent to what equals about $250 for this month .. it’s not about the money, but it’s now a factor to this review. I’m not sure I’ll be back but I hope that she reads this and considers her approach and comments. She has managed to rub a number of people wrong and it is the general feed back that, many of those people won’t continue to support their small town s

They let us come in a few minutes after hours to get a car treat. It really cheered up my daughter who was having a hard time. Great selection and just wonderful people. Thank you!

Just writing about one particular employee we interacted with just outside the store. We stopped along the edge of their parking lot for about 20 seconds for my little sister to adjust her helmet while riding her bike, (we are a family of four) and she came out very confrontational and rude about us blocking her parking strip. It was extra strange especially on a Tuesday morning with an empty lot and about one customer. Maybe think about the way you talk to people because it’s very off putting and definitely won’t be visiting your store. As visitors exited about this beautiful place you sure know how to kill that island vibe. Heading back to the friendly island of Slopez!
