Fresh Pond Animal Hospital

I’ve been bringing my family dogs here since I was 9 years old, and now at 22 with dogs of my own, I still wouldn’t go anywhere else!! The entire team from the receptionists to the nurses to the doctors- are anll absolutely amazing. They’re always patient, kind, and so loving with my dogs (all four of them!), and it’s clear how much they truly care about their patients. Over the years, they’ve consistently gone above and beyond, and I can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my dogs. I’m so grateful for them and couldn’t recommend this clinic more!!

I love FPAH! I have been with them for almost three years! They are so caring and just amazing!! The Vets and staff are absolutely wonderful and take wonderful care of my Chiquis (aka Cujo) and Twix (aka Garfield). It's a win win when they also offer nail trim!! I highly recommend them!!

Love Fresh Pond animal Hospital. Everyone from the front desk, to the vet techs, to the doctors are so friendly and clearly love the work they do. I feel very safe bringing my cats there. Also, if the worst case scenario happens -(euthanizing) the setting is much better than other places I’ve been. The empathy shown is unparalleled. Unfortunately I’ve had to do that multiple times in the 20+ years of rescuing kitties. A few have been done at local ER pet hospitals and there’s a huge difference. The staff at fresh pond have made a difference in minimizing the traumatic experience and treat us with the kindness, empathy, and patience the situation deserves.

We had a great first visit here with Dr. McCall. She was wonderful with our typically nervous dog. He was so relaxed with her! She answered all of our questions and assured us that he was doing very well. She was very kind and helpful. All of the staff were wonderful with us and our pup. We really liked it here, and will be using them going forward for our dog’s care!

The staff is kind and welcoming. They are so gentle when dealing with my baby chi Brooklyn. Both Dr. McCall and Dr. Knight are incredible in bedside manner and communication. They explain everything and they create plans of care that make sense. I don’t get the “used car salesman” feeling/experience that I’ve felt with other practices. I’ve rescued dogs for over 15 years now and this is the second veterinarian practice that I have full trust in.
