Franklinville Animal Hospital

Franklinville animal hospital and staff are the most wonderful, caring team. They have taken care of all our pets over the past 12 years, and have shown great empathy, concern and an amazing standard of care. So much so, that we are willing to drive an hour each way to have them care for our animals. Best team ever, love you all ❤️

Really nice place. My dog Chuckie will be 15 years old Nov 2. He has bad teeth. Urgent Pet Care unfortunately doesn’t do dental work. They referred me. I’m glad they did. Apparently He also has a tumor. The staff put my old man Chuck at ease. Usually he has to be muzzled. Not this time because of how well the tech treated and handled him. They throughly went over all the options I have in getting him the care he needs. Super happy with the care he and myself got. Wish I had known about Franklinville Animal Hospital sooner. I will be returning.

I have been bringing my pets to Franklinville Animal Hospital since they opened in 2013, and I honestly cannot put into words how grateful I am for Dr. Snyder and her team. My pets are my family, and from the very beginning Dr. Snyder has treated them with the same love, compassion, and care that I do. She is truly amazing—not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also so patient, kind, and comforting during even the most stressful moments. I recently switched to this vet, even though farther from my home than my original, and I couldn’t be more pleased. I am one who over stresses about my animals and thinks of all the things that could go wrong! I had a bad experience previously making me skeptical to take my cats back to any vet at all. I took my cat in for an exam in order to get him neutered and expressed my concerns, Dr. Cat went OVER and beyond making sure to educate me on the procedure and did an extremely thorough examination just to make sure absolutely nothing could go wrong and to calm my nerves. I even got a call from the doctor the next day whom will be doing his surgery offering to answer any other questions i may have for her. Best Vet around! Dr. Snyder and her staff are warm, friendly, professional, and very caring. Their expertise is top-notch and they cared for our three pups for over a decade. Couldn't recommend any higher!
