Dr. Jamie is genuinely attentive and always takes the time to answer my questions (and I usually have plenty). She notices details, is gentle with my cats, and makes sure I feel comfortable and informed about their care. It’s clear she cares about her patients and their humans. The women who work at the front desk deserve a special mention, too. They’re welcoming, patient, and always make the whole process easy, from scheduling appointments to checking in. I always feel like I’m in good hands when I walk through the door. If you’re looking for a vet who truly cares about your pets and a team who makes every visit pleasant Dr. Jamie and her staff are the best choice I’ve found. My cats and I are both grateful to have them.

It’s not just one good experience. It’s the consistency of many good experiences of care we’ve had when we had to bring our pets in. They follow up and follow through, not just doctor but the staff as well. They all genuinely care about animals’ well-being and factor in pet parents’ needs as well when writing care plans.

We are new to dog ownership so I don't have much to compare to. But I was not impressed with their bedside manners from start to finish. It was recommended by many so I thought I would give them a try. But the receptionist was rude, the doctor barely examined my dog. In fact, when I got home I noticed he had a tick on him, and the follow up care was not great either. I felt like the protocol was an odd approach and they just wanted me to get more services done for more money. I will be looking for a new clinic for future care.

Dr. Zeleny and Dr. Hazekamp care for our dog like he was one of their own. The staff is always very friendly and happy to see Dakota each time he visits. Dakota has been happy and healthy his whole life thanks to Frankfort Animal Care.

Worst place to take your pet. They care more about the money than the well being of your pet!!! They refused my pet service because I couldn’t pay for the service at that time!! I told them I would pay if they would see her. But not seen!! My pet needed care and because I was not able to pay they refused to see her!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone. Don’t take your pet here they care more about the MONEY then they do the loved one in family!!! Not someone you want to have as a vet. Uncompasionate and not a place you would want for your loved fur baby. They care about money more then the health of your pet!!!
