I have used this vet for years at this point and never had issues until recently. Now they’ve always been a little more aggressive than i’d like but it’s tolerable and my dog had been fine. Until now, I was gone for a week so I needed my cat and dog boarded; I also asked that they clip my dog’s nails, give him his regular exam and vaccines that he’s needing. They did nothing but board him even though they had the information written down all because I did not remind them. Now you can say that puts me in the wrong but there’s more! The vets wife has been incredibly rude and snippy with me over the phone more than once! Every time I come to pick my animals up (only twice with the cat but WAY more with the dog) both animals seem to be dehydrated and my cat has been terrified to the point of h

I brought my dog in multiple times in the course of a month because he was very sick. Doc did not run any tests all he did was push on his abdomen. He prescribed medication for my dog that made him cry and shake in pain, doc said he just had a sensitive stomach. My dog suffered until he passed away from the suspected cancer that doc overlooked or just plain ignored. My dogs are my children and this vet clinics neglected my baby when he needed help the most.

I usually love it here. They are very good with my pup. But the lady today was in a hurry and seemed out of it. Plus she was nervous about trimming my Pittbulls nails. Maybe the stereotype had her that way. I'll up the rating if my next visit goes better.

I stopped going here for grooming. My dog had a traumatic experience as a puppy (not here) and now has anxiety getting his nails cut. The guy has a more caring and compassionate manner with my dog. The lady not so much. I can never seem to get the guy so I stopped going there.

Dr. Francis was able to get us in extremely quickly, he and his assistant have been so kind and caring! We were looking for an emergency vet, and now we are staying. He's answered all of our questions, and really has taken the time to educate us on our situation. Couldn't be happier we found him. ❤️
