Pet cremation was closure for me but so hard to find an affordable service until I came across Fox Valley Pet Cremation Services. Keith handled Maya with such care and I am so blessed we found him. Bringing her home was so important to me. The urn she is in is beautiful and he even went above and beyond by including some fur, a cement paw print, a picture magnet and a beautiful letter. Kieth, Sue and Grace turned one of the hardest moments of my life into something that I will always cherish and remember. They got back to us very quickly, even offering to pick up our Lilly. From the moment I met Kieth, he brought a sense of tranquility and trust that made it easier to hand over our beloved pet. They went out of their way to provide each member of our family with a clay paw print to remember Lilly by. Included with the beautiful urn we received we were provided with fur samples and ink paw stamps that will stay with us forever. Our German Shepherd Apollo passed away unexpectedly recently. We were at a loss as to what to or who to call. After gathering our thoughts, I called FVPCS and Keith answered the phone. I explained what had happened and he was so thoughtful and respectful of our feelings. He went on to explain how cremation services operate in our area. Very informative and quite interesting. But within a few moments, I knew we would want him to take care of our boy. He did so with such care and made us feel so comfortable with all that he did from start to finish. Keith is by far one of the kindest people that I have had the pleasure of meeting, especially during such a difficult moment. He was able to take my little fur baby during a holiday weekend when he passed suddenly and has been extremely kind, respectful and communicative during the whole process, and was even kind enough to allow me to include my cat's favorite toy and some flowers in the cremation.
