I want to start off by saying I did infact get a refund and the lady I spoke to was very apologetic and understanding. But for the sake of other Aussie owners, I think they need to beware, so that this does not happen to their dog. I took my 5 year old Aussie to be groomed. When I went in the groomer was brought out to speak to me. I told her he needed an all over trim as he hadn't been trimmed in almost a year. I explicitly said no buzzing or shaving. This is how he came home. I feel like most groomers should know that dogs with double coats should never be buzzed. But I know that many will still do it, hence why I said no to that. Our wild girl was very well taken care of while we were away. You can tell everyone at Fox Creek loves what they do and truly cares about the dogs they are taking care of. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend their services!

My Coco pup enjoys going for boarding and grooming here but I may have to find a new location due how rudely and poorly I was spoken to by the male owner. I scheduled boarding and grooming a month in advance. Coco had a 5 day stay scheduled and grooming on her last day before returning home. I had her picked up and she clearly did not look groomed. When I asked about her appointment I was told nothing was scheduled for grooming. I went back into my email and reminded him of the two email confirmations I got for her grooming appointment and was gaslit and spoken to like I was mistaken. I understand mistakes can happen but ignoring it, not even apologize, and talking to the customer as if I was a nuance especially since I scheduled this a month in advance and now trying to reschedule while o

We were scheduled to have our fur babies stay there due to a death in the family. We sent them our dogs vaccine records on Wednesday and they replied that we needed a few missing shots. After getting the shots, they inform me ON THE DAY WE ARE LEAVING that the shots require a booster that needs to be done WEEKS after. If they KNEW this on Wednesday, why would they not say something? Then when I call about it, the woman on the phone gets nasty with ME! Do NOT recommend. HIGHLY unprofessional!

I had a great experience with Fox Creek. My dog was also happy. Great people would return again!
