Four Rivers Veterinary Center

Our regular vet is not in the office until tomorrow so we went to Four Rivers. They sent my puppy back out the door peeing blood with a fever bc they "only have 1 tech" ..no emergency options or suggestions as to where I could take him. After working in veterinary medicine for 20 years...I would not recommend taking your pet here. My mind is blown.

I’m extremely disappointed with this vet. My cat needs medical attention, and I can never get anyone to answer the phone. I call all the time, leave voicemails, and no one ever calls back. When your pet is sick, communication is so important, and this place has completely failed in that area.

This was the filthiest, most unprofessional Vetinary Office I have ever been to. I drove 45 minutes to take my Bichon. When I arrived, I was shocked at the condition of the office. I asked where the restroom was and the rude receptionist told me they had no public restroom. Had to leave and drive a mile down the road to use a restroom. During the wait, there was an unruly child of employee there, in and out of what looked to be a very nasty looking back area. The child would kick the door, have food in an already filthy waiting area. They took her back, brought her back out and she said doctor wants to do lab work. I consented, they took her back, got blood and returned her back to me. I had to ask for a copy of her labs. All the tech told me was he thinks it was something other

I called to see if I could bring my dog in for a nail trim I was told anytime by noon the next day (Thursday) so my boyfriend came home from work early to watch my dog with bad separation anxiety and seizures, my dogs stay together 24/7. I drive the 30 minutes to get there at 11:15 and there’s a sign on the door saying they closed at 11. I called first thing in the morning the next day to see if I could bring him in since they Closed when I was told to bring him in and she said no, we were slow so we closed down and we only do them on Tuesdays and Thursdays. And I said why was I told to bring him in in that timeframe and you all closed before I could get there? And she said “ well we do what the doctor says to do.” Very unprofessional establishment would give 0 stars

My babies say thank you for taking such good care of them... Sadie - Cavachi, Odie - long haired Chihuahua, Shelby - Cavapoo, Baby Duck - Mallard duck... They are taking care of all my pack...
