Four Paws Veterinary Clinic

It was our new pups 1st visit. Jack Jack is a small 13lb shy guy. But was greeted with soft voices an a calm atmosphere. He received his shots & meds while being gently held by staff. Our Veteran took time to answer any & all questions with out making me feel rushed. I would recommend these guys to anyone! Thx 😊 Janine, (Jack Jack's mom)

Three because I like the doctors but overpriced with some shady practices. If you are charged a deposit for appointment and cancel within their window that they tell you is appropriate to cancel, they will keep the deposit. This is not allowed under law unless they have a signed contract with you allowing and acknowledging this practice, complete with your signature. Their excuse? We’re a small service company. I found a new vet and they get a higher rating plus they charge $25 per visit less. 1 would understand keeping the deposit if you didn’t show up, but life happens, I remember why I cancelled now, it was when my brother died. Of course I didn’t tell them but I cancelled a day or two ahead. They told me my deposit would be there. I made another appointment and asked them to u

Our beloved pets, whether dogs or cats or a combination of both is most important to all of the staff. Dr. Mary Ellen Prince and her husband, Dr. Fintan Maguire have always provided professional expertise for all of our dogs, including our Golden Retriever, Sunny, our poodle Violet, and now our Intelligent "Park Host" poodle, Lola! Thank God for an "Outstanding Team Caring for Pets!"

Well we are from out of town and our son picked four paws. I loved it right away. The staff was so kind and every time we went we saw the same kind people. However, the day we took our cat in to get fixed we were introduced to someone new. This new person was so rude and made us feel so stupid with every question we had. We will not be returning.
