Four Paws Pet Salon Crestview

I wouldn’t recommend. I’ve been here a few times and have a medium sized dog about 50lbs and the place is not the cleanest, my dog is not cleaned well and the customer service isn’t even good. The location was convenient but my dog deserves better. Will not return.

My dog is not bathed, his eye boogers are still there, they made him bald on top of his head and on the side of his neck. The chops are horrible, they didnt touch his legs. This was supposed to be a schnauzer cut. When I called to let them know, they kept cutting me off and told me to bring him back but I can not trust that they know what they are doing. It looks like my little sister tried to give him a cut for the first time.

Do not use this pet groomer! My dog was groomed back in January. I don't know if she used unsterile equipment to groom him but he has patches of fur missing and has since January,. I've taken him to vet which is very pricey I'm curious if anyone else had the same issue after using this groomer. Also when I tried to peek in the back room, she closed the door . She ran to close it, as if she has something to hide. I had a glance and it was very dirty back there as well. Please do not trust your fur baby with this woman. Bad customer service and unclean environment

My dog has gone there for 15 years till he passed love these guys . My dog became blind and they still served us. Thanks for all the great service

My babies are always in good hands with four paws!! We love her! She does a fantastic job with them
