Love Dr Mike and his staff. Very personable and very knowledgeable as well as professional. Their no appt scheduling bothers some people who want instant in and out with their pets, but the small wait is well worth it. We drive an hour to go to 4 Paws.

Dr Teresa is not friendly and she is not welcoming brought my dog for X-rays for a blockage and she looked me and my dog both up and down in disgust she was rude not welcoming the vet tech even got smart with her when she asked I thought she was taking the X-rays and going no I needed them to be read so I could get a report to take to the animal hospital in PA for surgery. I paid for this surgery I did not even see her go in the room she walking in and said X-rays look sketchy. But did not write up a report. I paid for this service and this is not the first time she has acted like this. Dr. Mike is warm and welcoming this vet will make u want to leave and never come back she needs an attitude adjustment. This used to be a good vet we have 4 animals all came here. When we first started going to Four paws our experience was great the vets were helpful and great with the animals. Customer service was helpful and positive. Now unfortunately that has all gone out the window we have referred a bunch of people to four paws and I now regret it. last time I was there with one dog I listened to a vet tech openly shame pet owners who might have a period where they can’t afford heart worm meds and say they should get rid of there animals even if those people normally have their dogs on it. Then my fiancé went for a neuter appointment for our male dog. He’s was unsure meeting the vet and she immediately told my fiancé they were going to have to wait even with a appointment because they were going to mu

Doctor Theresa and both of the Dr Mike’s are the best! I tell everyone to come here they are reasonably priced and take walk-in’s from 10-12 so many people do walk ins it’s actually a little bit more ($10) for an appointment if you want to get in and out. My go to vets! And my girl loves sniffing the horses from a safe distance next door! 🤣

Since I have to redo post cause it won’t let me I will say this- The lady that works there as a vet needs an attitude adjustment. She’s very rude. Went in with my dogs ear infection. I had surgery and of course 2 days later he’s shaking his head. I’m had to wait till I could drive. The treatment didn’t work at all. 7 days gone by and he’s still scratching his head and shaking his head. Ugh the female vet refused to trim his toes. This dog I adopted and he was abused so I didn’t trust to try to clip his toe nails welp I guess it’s up to me only. Spent a tad over $150.00 for ear treatment that didn’t work and no nail trim at all. Don’t know if I trust to see Michael since I had a good experience with him but this was a walk in and they need better standards how their vets talk to pet owners.
