I highly recommend bringing your fur baby here in an emergency. My dog, Ryder, ate part of a toy and ended up needing surgery. Stephanie greeted me right away, and then I was greeted by Steph who walked me through everything line by line, clearly explaining the costs and patiently answering all of my questions. I was able to see Ryder that night before Dr. G, Steph, and Adriene — his surgical team — performed his surgery. I am forever grateful for the care they provided and for getting Ryder back to feeling good as new. Another thank-you to Hope for taking such wonderful care of Ryder during his stay, with plenty of walks and love. The entire staff is incredibly kind, compassionate, and truly treats your pet as if they were their own.

So I had the absolute pleasure of meeting the staff here when my frenchie, Luna was ill. I called and spoke to Stephanie, who was so helpful. She also was there when I brought Luna in. This lady is so compassionate and loving....i was immediately impressed. Then there was Shepherd. She was so kind when she came to get Luna and get her vitals. Then i met Steph. She came to get info about Luna. I was so impressed w her because she was patient, she explained everything in detail, and i could tell how much she loved what she does. And the Dr.Anna. she was amazing. She did not want to run unnecessary tests and make my bill higher which is what i am use to. She was great. All n all, i would 10/10 recommend this place. They are all so amazing. Thanks for taking care of my luna!

Best care I’ve received for my fur babies! I was so nervous as I had never had an emergency before. Dr. Anna and Dr. Willbanks were both very thorough and explained everything. Carli was our technician and was so helpful. We will definitely be coming here for emergencies from now on!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this emergency animal hospital. From the moment we walked in, the staff was compassionate, professional, and incredibly reassuring. My dog needed surgery, and the team took the time to clearly explain every step of the process. They answered all of our questions, kept us updated throughout the procedure, and treated our dog with such genuine care and kindness. The doctor and technicians were exceptional, and you can truly tell they love what they do. Thanks to their skill and dedication, our dog is recovering well, and we are beyond grateful. If you ever find yourself in need of emergency veterinary care, this is the place you want to be.

We recently had to put my dog piper down and the process was definitely not easy, but I will say they went above and beyond to make the situation feel more like a goodbye. Our doctor, whose name I will post later, was so kind and comforting about the situation and gave us a comfortable spot with blankets so we could say our goodbyes. They went to even more lengths when sending her ashes. They sent us not only her ashes and paw print, but added in her hair in a leather pawprint and a print of her nose as well, all of which was a surprise and free. If you have to take your animal to the emergency vet or have to say your goodbyes this is the place to go.
