Fort Wagg Pet Store

We’ve gotten all of our fish from Fort Wagg, and every experience has been wonderful! The team there has gone above and beyond — especially with my son, Matthew — and we appreciate it so much. Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable and patient, always taking time to answer our questions and make sure our fish are healthy and happy. We wouldn’t go anywhere else for our aquarium family!

I have only purchased mice for my son's corn snake, but they have always had what we needed and good quality compared to big box stores. The store itself is small, but the staff is friendly and seem to take care of the place and animals well.

Easy to find and easy to park. I mainly come for the fish supplies. Dean is really nice and will help you out. Tanks are very clean and so is the store. Stop in and check them out. I would definitely recommend this store.

My husband and I have been to a lot of pet stores in our lifetime. Even more recently due to starting three different fish tanks. On May 6th we made a trip from Fayetteville to Fort Wagg and were so impressed with every part of our visit. The staff was amazing, tofu actually went above and beyond to guide us in the right direction towards fish for our shrimp tank, plants for our new 15 gallon set up and medication for any future issues. The tanks here are so clean. Not a single dead fish, the reptiles look absolutely healthy and well-fed. The store layout is very quaint and beautiful. We picked up three autos and six plants and a bag of gravel and a bag of pebbles. Their selection of Driftwood was absolutely beautiful and we got three pieces of that . Was excited to use this business. The staff are friendly. After 3 visits though we won't be returning because of the harm to our dog. The first two times they cut the tip of her tail to the point it was almost chopping a bit off. The third visit they cut her nose so close it took part of the skin off to the point where she will have a scab maybe scar. For our dog's safety we can't return and won't recommend without warning.
