I would have gave them zero if it was option my cat went missing 2 months ago I saw one on their website and saw one that looked like my baby, so I called them up and told them which cat I wanted to see. They said oh ya come on down that I could come right then. So I was putting on my shoes to go. And they called me right back and said oh ya don't come this can't be your cat because she came in with a kitten.i thought to myself so what she came in with kitten to myself, she could have made a friend or was protecting it. She did not say it was nursing this kitten or anything. So we hung up but I had this feeling of dread inside and had to go to work so I still sent in my husband to go look in person. I had a wonderful experience here. I adopted my sweet boy (cat) Bisquit Jan. of last year. The staff was so helpful and really nice.

Don’t be fooled by this shelter and their no kill status. They might not kill any animals but they also dont give them basic vet care. The cat I adopted from there had diarrhea and didn’t use the litter and had a bleeding tumor on his ear. But they never gave him any treatment and hid all that information from me when I adopted him. They also didn’t know his gender and thought “maybe” he’s a male. All the money you donate to that shelter goes in their pocket and doesn’t go to making sure the animals that come through their doors are healthy and taken care of. Don’t trust them with any animal that needs to be surrendered or any animal that needs to be adopted. You will be lied to. They’re a disgrace to the rescue community

Would provide 0 stars is possible. I was approved to adopt a purebred puppy that had been surrendered one week ago. I was told yesterday I was approved and via a verbal contract was told that the dog is mine so I started the 20 hour drive from California to this shelter as I love this breed of dog and wanted to save an animal from a shelter so the stars seemed to align here. Around the 10 hour mark of the drive I received a call that the shelter had moved the puppy to another shelter and that they refused to tell me which shelter it is. I have already purchased many items for this dog, been on the road for 8 hours, and cleared the next week of my life to bring the dog to my home slowly so he was comfortable.
