We've been taking our fur babies here since we pcsd in late 2024, the front staff and the veterinary staff are just simply wonderful, reasonably priced and compassionate and treat us and our pups with the utmost respect. They listen to the concerns we had for our oldest and treated her so well when she was going through a UTI. Couldn't ask for a more loving and understanding vet clinic. You guys rock, keep up the amazing work!

The second star is solely for the lovely people working there. However, I did not have the best experience as every time I needed a prescription from them it seemed like there was never a vet on hand and they did not have access to their email to fulfill my prescription to my pharmacy. Then, I was written the wrong prescription so my pharmacy online canceled my order on me because it took the vet over two months to get a prescription to me. After finally getting the write prescriptions written down for the vet to sign I was told to call back the next day and double check that they got done. I don’t think it’s my job to call and remind you to your job. The people are great but the organization is severely lacking.

I loved the vet here! They were patient with me and my dogs. I came in with 2 dogs at the same visit and they handled it with grace. They also didn't make me feel bad for what was going on like a lot of vets in the area like to do. Thank you FTVC Y'ALL ARE GREAT ❤️

We can’t thank Rachel Pollard enough for everything she did for our dog, Polo. After a previous vet gave us the wrong diagnosis, Rachel caught it right away and performed a successful surgery that gave him the care he truly needed. She showed not only incredible skill and knowledge, but also genuine compassion and love for Polo throughout the whole process. We feel very lucky to have found her and highly recommend anyone looking for a veterinary team to come here. The staff and the care provided by everyone who works here is truly beyond anything we could have hoped for.

I love the Vet assistants, the receptionist, and the drs here. They go above and beyond helping us with our dog who is reactive, and our elderly cat as well.
