Everybody was incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful. The facility is super clean! Had a wonderful experience adopting my new girl and would 10/10 recommend working with FCAS if you're looking for a new family fur member.

I could not be happier for adopting my dog in April! He is the best companion and we are inseparable. He came very matted and in much need of TLC and is so much happier now that I cleaned him up. I love him dearly. My only recommendations for improvement is for the staff interacting with potential adopters to be friendly if possible. The majority of my interactions on different days with staff were unpleasant. Staff often seemed annoyed when questions were asked regarding available dogs. I understand this job is stressful. I was told my dog was already adopted when I came and I’m so glad I came back to double check and it was a mistake! I wish the staff would be as friendly as the staff at the humane society however I couldn’t be happier with the dog that leaped in my lap and chose me for

We adopted our perfect puppy here! Everyone was so kind and helpful. We were able to spend as much time with the puppy as we wanted and the volunteer answered all of our questions. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the building and the ease of the adoption process. I see so many people with negative opinions, but our experience was wonderful! I would highly recommend visiting the shelter and spending time with the animal you are wanting to adopt. If we adopt again, I will start my search here!

On Tuesday we drove an hour to pick a puppy with the shelter calling us half way there only to get there and find the puppies were in foster and we were to come back on Saturday to pick between 2 pups get there and the staff knows nothing about pups finally one pup was shown we brought our lab to meet them but introduced them in parking lot after we did all the paper work. Felt like no one knew anything that was going on scouts showed up no one knew what was going on someone was rude to some of the people needs to be some information shared with workers

Milo's Journey: A sad ending for a dog that never had a chance. Milo started coming to my house in September of last year. He was friendly and got along with my other dogs. I called animal control and was told if I tried to keep him I could be charged for stealing property. I did some digging and found out where he lived. I got him back home and his owner said he doesn't know how he keeps getting out. Okay, I get it. Dogs are dogs. He kept coming around. I would love on him and he would play with my boys then take off. Yes, I would call animal control every time. It's a BIG problem here. I didn't see him for a couple of weeks. He started coming back around late October. I once again took him to his owner. He said he couldn't take care of him and I could take him. Unfortunately, by that ti
