Forever In My Heart In Home Euthanasia And Cremation

Right before the new year, my family and I made the hardest decision every pet owner has to make and chose to put our beloved dog Sadie to rest. Sadie was always scared at the vet so we decided to find a vet that would come to our home to help ease the process for her. We are all so grateful that we found Dr. Milford. Not only did she change her plans to come to our house as soon as possible, she was so kind and understanding and even helped us to feel better and more at peace with our decision. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Milford. She is truly an amazing human being and sense of comfort at a difficult time.

We were in a critical moment approaching the end of our beautiful English Bulldog, Dillon’s life. We were referred to Dr Milford by another Vet. who responded immediately, dropped everything she was doing in her off hours and came to our home within minutes. Sadly our dog passed just a moment before she walked in the door. Dr. Milford was compassionate and gentle, assessed Dillon to confirm her passing and stayed with us to provide comfort while discussing next steps for cremation and memorial. We will never forget her immediate response which made us feel like we were the most important priority of the moment to her. Being an animal lover I’ve inevitably had to put down many animals when it’s their time. It’s a terrible experience and never gets easier. However, Dr. Milford helped us do it in the most peaceful way possible. She came into our home so loving and warm. She made sure we were all comfortable and our baby boy Rex was in a spot he loved surrounded by all his toys and family. Rex hated the vet so to end his life there was just unimaginable. I truly think if there is anyway to pass on, this is by far the best way to do it. We are extremely grateful to Dr. Milford and will never forget her kindness in our time of need. I have recommended her to everyone with pets because even it’s a little extra money, putting your animal down in peace and comfort and with zero fear is truly priceless.

Dr Milford was the most kind reassuring Vet during a difficult decision to put down my heart dog. She reassured me that I was making the kindest decision ( although I knew in my heart it was the only choice) she came to my home first thing on a Sunday morning to put my boy to rest. He was a big boy and her patience to make sure he was comfortable and relaxed as well as making sure we were ready was so compassionate. The need for in home euthanasia for any of my pets was never something we thought we would need. Unfortunately our large golden Lily went down hill rapidly and could not be moved. She was obviously at the end of her life and we were devastated. Dr Milford was recommended to us and she was wonderful compassionate and professional during my family's difficult time.
